A website is not something to be built, admired and then forgotten as other priorities come along.

A website must earn its keep. And to do that, it should be given a report card every so often by the people in the business that it was intended to assist. If it was built to increase sales, do the sales people believe it is helping them?

Does the site answer the concerns that potential clients may have? Does it give them the information that would help them to make a sales decision? Is there sizzle but no steak? Maybe no sizzle either?
