| Structural design |
Websites should have a specific goal, and be structured to achieve the objectives that best meet that goal.
Design of the site structure flows from the objectives. So we don't just rush
into building clever pages with pretty pictures. We start by asking questions
and thinking about the needs of you, our client.
A website without useful content is no website at all. There must be relevant
information, and that information must be structured so it is easy to reach
and use.
Smooth navigation is a part of good structure. Viewers must always feel confident
of where they are, where they can go and how to get back. Password-protected
areas may be appropriate to separate, say, wholesale clients from retail customers.
Building the structure includes writing the most efficient and effective code,
so the site is stable and fast. We use verification software to ensure that
our high standards are maintained.
